Indian corn.

1. gallon of plaister mixed in tar suffices to roll 1. bushel of corn.

1. bushel of corn plants 8. acres of ground in drills 5½f apart, with single plants at from 18I. to 30I. or say 2.f. distance in the drill.

so that 1. pint of plaister is enough for an acre.
